Our gymnastics classes progress from foundational skills to advanced techniques across vault, bars, beam, and floor. Beginners build strength, coordination, and confidence through core movements. Intermediate gymnasts refine technique and begin linking skills, while advanced athletes take on challenging elements like back handsprings and high bar work—emphasizing precision, control, and mental focus.

Our Gymnastics Programs

We do skill evaluations in class and update their star chart that you can view online.

No, we keep things fun and interesting while helping them grow their skills.

15 Minute stretch and warmup and then rotation to 2 or 3 events.

Ages 20 months- 6 years is by age. Age 7-12 is by skill level and they can be evaluated.

No baggy clothes, buttons, zippers, or snaps but other than that whatever they are comfortable in.

The coach will let you know, or you’ll receive a call from the front desk.
