Our parent tot class is designed to create a joyful and engaging experience for young children and their parents or guardians. This class introduces basic movement skills and fosters a love for physical activity through interactive play.
Our preschool gymnastics class is all about celebrating movement and introducing kids to the foundations of gymnastics.
Our junior gymnastics class starts tracking skill development while introducing students to the foundations of gymnastics on vault, bars, beam, and floor.
Our recreational level gymnastics classes are offered for beginner level to advanced. Check out our levels or schedule an evaluation to determine which level is the best fit for your child.
Our IGT programs offer opportunities for athletes to train and compete in routines on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Each season will be 6 months long, including 3 months for the gymnasts to practice their skills and learn their routines, and 3 months to participate in 5 local meets while continuing to improve their skills and routines. Gymnastics is a fantastic activity for children as it promotes holistic development.
