Lil Ninja builds coordination, body control, and confidence through structured obstacle training. Kids jump, swing, climb, balance, and roll—developing agility and focus while learning to move with control. Each class follows a consistent format with guided progressions and plenty of high-energy movement.

No baggy clothes, buttons, zippers, or snaps but other than that whatever they are comfortable in.

No, prior ninja experience isn’t required—beginners are welcome!
The only time students will need or be allowed to wear shoes in the gym is for the warped wall.
