About Our Ninja Programs

15 Minute stretch and warmup, then rotations on the course and strength training.

No baggy clothes, buttons, zippers, or snaps but other than that whatever they are comfortable in.

Yes! They’ll learn age-appropriate tumbling and gymnastics skills taught by certified coaches in a safe, supportive environment.

No, prior ninja experience isn’t required—beginners are welcome!

The only time students will need or be allowed to wear shoes in the gym is for the warped wall.

No, they will also do strength and conditioning on floor of tumble track.
