Ninja classes challenge kids to move with power and precision. Using bars, walls, blocks, and mats, athletes train speed, balance, upper-body strength, and safe landings. Skills grow weekly—from vaults and climbs to transitions and flow drills. Perfect for kids who thrive on movement and challenge.
What you will learn?
- Climbing obstacles: Rope jungle, cargo net
- Swinging skills: Ring swing, vault
- Ground movements: Jumps, handstands
- Safety techniques: Safety rolls

15 Minute stretch and warmup, then rotations on the course and strength training.
No baggy clothes, buttons, zippers, or snaps but other than that whatever they are comfortable in.
