What does my monthly tuition cover?Your monthly tuition covers your reserved weekly class time, which is specifically tailored to the number of classes you choose to take each week.

Do you offer sibling discounts?You can save 10% off for each additional class that your child is enrolled in.

How much does it cost to add an additional child?Yes, we offer a 10% discount for each additional class in which your child enrolls. This is a great way to enhance their skills while enjoying savings on our programs.

How do I cancel?Payments are processed on the 15th of each month. If you join us mid-month, your tuition fee will be prorated to reflect only the weeks you attend. Please note, for seamless transactions, it is required to keep a credit or debit card on file.

What happens if I miss a class?If you miss a class, you will receive a make-up token that can be used based on class availability.

Do you offer trial classes?We offer a two week tuition guarantee! You would sign up for a class and if it doesn't work out for any reason, we would give you a full refund.

Class Details

How long is each class?Each standard class is 55 minutes long.

What should my child wear and bring for class?For classes, children should wear snug-fitting athletic attire or leotards that cover the stomach to ensure safety and comfort. Please avoid clothing with buttons, zippers, or snaps that could catch on equipment. Long hair should be tied back, and jewelry and gum are not permitted. We also recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated during class.

What does the arrival and pickup process look like?Timing: Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled class time. It's important to pick up your child promptly when their class ends to maintain our schedule.
Safety: For the safety of our younger participants, parents of children aged six and under are required to remain on the premises during class times.
Drop-off/Pick-up Protocol: Always escort your child to and from the designated drop-off and pick-up areas to ensure their safety.

How does my child move up to the next level?Children are evaluated on technique, basic skills, and fundamentals in each class. On average, they spend a year to a year and a half at each level, but progress varies depending on individual pace.

Can I enroll in camps or Kids Night Out special events if I currently don't take classes?Absolutely! We warmly welcome all children to our special events, regardless of whether they are currently enrolled in regular classes. To participate, simply create an online account through our portal. This will enable you to complete the necessary waiver forms and accept our policies. Once registered, you can directly sign up for any even online.

Are there any parent viewing areas?Yes, we have designated viewing areas where parents can comfortably watch their children participate in classes.

What qualifications do your coaches have?All our coaches are certified by relevant governing bodies and have undergone extensive training in gymnastics coaching. Additionally, they have background checks and are trained in child safety and development.

What if my current class schedule no longer works for me; can I transfer to a different time?Yes, you are welcome to transfer to a different class at any point, based on availability.
